Terms of service

These terms set the rules for how studios, teams, and invited clients access and use Orivu.

Terms overview

These terms cover account responsibilities, acceptable use, content, billing, availability, and access to the platform.

Effective date: August 30, 2026

1. Your account

You must be authorised to create and run the account you hold on Orivu. If you open an account for a studio, agency, or business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity.

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for what your team, contractors, invited collaborators, or anyone using your account or links does with it.

2. Acceptable use

Use Orivu lawfully and without interfering with the platform, its other users, or the providers behind it. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe rights, spread malware, scrape restricted data, or bypass access controls.

We may look into activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, or harmful, and may limit or suspend access to protect the service.

3. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the content you upload, subject to any rights held by clients, collaborators, or third parties. By using the service you give Orivu the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content.

You represent that you have the permissions required to upload, store, deliver, publish, share, or sell whatever you place on the platform.

4. Billing and fees

Paid services run on recurring or usage-based terms. You agree to pay the fees, taxes, chargeback costs, and plan-specific charges described when you sign up or upgrade.

If a payment fails or an account becomes overdue, we may limit features, pause gallery delivery, or suspend the account until it is sorted.

5. Availability and product changes

We work to keep Orivu reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime, or that every feature will exist forever. Maintenance, updates, provider failures, and security work can affect availability.

We may add, remove, or change features, plans, or integrations when needed for the direction of the product, operational safety, or the law.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, misuse payments, or harm the platform or other users.

You can stop using the service at any time. After termination some records may be kept for billing, audit, legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Orivu is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties not stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Orivu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption from using the platform.

8. Contact and updates

Questions about these terms go to legal@orivu.studio. If we change the terms, continued use after the change takes effect counts as acceptance unless local law says otherwise.
